For providing an accurate and timely quote, we can accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP, IGES, DWG format, and2D file in PDF or Excel.
In general, 1pc sample is available, but can accept low quantity in some special conditions.
In most cases, quotation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you asap.
We will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission.
